Yesterday, during the service in the 3rd shift in ievp Shenkoll, the late Gjovalin Frroku, asked for emergency help due to heart problems and was sent to Lezha hospital .. This happened at 03 o’clock in the morning .. As always , were satisfied with a routine check-up by the attending physician and did not allow the patient to go to the hospital for further check-ups. He was left in such a condition until he finished his service and then his colleagues sent him to the emergency room of Lezha hospital, where they immediately directed him to the hospital emergency room in Tirana. But, the heart does not wait for the end of the service and the bureaucracy of superiors, because on the way to Tirana, the employee has passed away.
Deaths and health problems are not over in the Prison Police and the employees rightly demand that we react as soon as possible with protests in front of the institutions on the boulevard of Tirana. This situation has been warned in time by the Union, but apparently the politics of the day is more important than the life of the employee!
The lack of an occupational doctor according to the law, the lack of food treatment, the lack of uniforms, the low salaries and the demotivation in the service, are bringing serious consequences!
We do not know how long this situation will continue and who is responsible for the situation created over the years, because until today those who have taken away the legitimate rights of employees, continue to do shows by concretizing their iniquities at the expense of thousands of colleagues in uniform! We are receiving messages from dozens of employees in the system, who are asking for a protest date to denounce the situation. They are also mocking the abolition of the tax on salary 30-40 thousand lek and halving it for salaries 40-50 thousand. DCM and the Prime Minister have spoken clearly to the entire Public Administration, including the Prison Police, that on June 1 the effects in favor of employees begin! If this DCM is not implemented in favor of the Prison Police, the Union will announce the date of the protest and the place where it will take place! Someone must and will take responsibility for the serious situation that has been going on for years!
