Refusing to stop the investigation into an event that took place nine years ago in the city of Elbasan, the Supreme Court returned for review to the Durrës Appeal, Suel Çela, otherwise known as Marjus Sula.
Curved for a series of events in his hometown, Suel Çela will undergo a judicial review for the illegal deprivation of liberty of Bledar Karaj, who is suspected of being taken in a vehicle and then shot in the limb with a firearm.
For the same episode according to the High Court, the case will be re-evaluated for the other accused Endrit Copja. The High Court, according to the decision made available to the TCH, gives the right to the prosecution and opposes the preliminary judge who, according to the panel, has exceeded his powers because he had to express only the quality of the investigation and not the closure of the file.
Bledar Karaj, who at the time operated a cable television station in Elbasan, first mentioned the names of the suspects to the police when he indicated that they had called him to demand accountability for the televisions, but then he withdrew from this claim, becoming the reason for archiving investigations.
The complainant after 2013 was prosecuted for false accusation even though wiretaps showed that he spoke to family members agreeing to tell the police that they did not know anyone. But the investigation was reopened a few years later after the explosive destruction of a restaurant owned by Endri Copja where during the search the police found a phone card. This number turned out to be the same one who called Karaj before the suspect Suel Çela and Endri Copja forced him into their vehicle.
