He reportedly lent his private jet to the country’s president, 64-year-old Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who is his friend.
The metal and mineral tycoon Usmanov has not long been seen at his milionë 48 million villa north of London, nor at the 16th-century rural property in Surrey.
