The President of Serbia has arrived in Elbasan under tight security.
Earlier, Prime Minister Edi Rama arrived there. The previous agenda initially envisaged accommodation at the Rogner Hotel and then departure to Elbasan.

Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu reports that in this next meeting of Open Balkan, five agreements will be discussed and approved.
They are:
1-A common and free labor market between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
2-Establishment of a joint electronic interconnection scheme for citizens in the Western Balkans.
3-Intergovernmental agreement between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia on cooperation in the field of veterinary, food safety and phytosanitary in the Western Balkans.
4-Albania-Serbia Agreement on Mutual Recognition of the Economic Security Operator (AEOS).
5-Albania-Northern Macedonia Agreement on mutual recognition of the economic operator for security (AEOS).
It is also planned to hold a Regional Forum for Agriculture and Regional Cooperation.
The conclusions of this Open Balkan meeting will be made public by Prime Minister Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic around 13:00 on Tuesday.
