A 32-year-old man has been handcuffed after transporting migrants, with the aim of crossing the border illegally.
During the police operation codenamed “Luzi” in the village of Luz, Fushë Krujë, it was possible to catch and arrest in flagrante delicto the citizen LH, 32 years old, resident in Tirana.
The vehicle driven by this citizen was carrying 6 illegal immigrants, whom the 32-year-old was helping, in exchange for profit, to cross the border illegally, with a final destination in one of the EU countries.
According to the police, the materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Kruja Judicial District Court, for further action.
