The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) says 3,752 civilians have been killed in Ukraine since Russia invaded on February 24.
It is learned that 4062 others have been injured, he says.
Most of the registered civilian casualties were caused by bombings, rockets and airstrikes, he added.
The OHCHR says it believes the true figures for civilian deaths in the conflict are higher.
