The situation in the headquarters of the Democratic Party continues to be aggravated, in the protest called by the former leader of this party, Sali Berisha, in order to remove the current chairman Lulzim Basha from the building, under the claim that the latter was fired by the convened Assembly on December 11 and the referendum within the membership a week later.
The next movement of Berisha’s supporters has been the removal of the building’s security cameras.
The former chairman of the Democratic Party has called on supporters to refrain.
But emphasizing here that “no one has the right to close the door of their house”.
From the courtyard of the headquarters, the former leader of the Democratic Party communicated with his supporters, giving signals for the next actions.
He asked them to surround the building.
According to him, if the Police will intervene, it will be only by order of the “Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama”.
“The protest is and will remain a peaceful protest. “I invite all protesters, democrats and democrats who today will change Peng Basha’s bunker in the house of freedom”, he declared for the media.
According to him, protesters have gathered against the “Basha” bunker.
