Artist Claydee, author of many world hits, recounted the moments when he worked as a DJ and wore a scarf over his face to avoid being recognized.
Besides singing, he performed as a DJ for the public in the Bangladeks project together with another colleague.
“I like music a lot, I don’t hide it anymore, everyone already knows, I have a project called Bangaladeks. A project with two DJs who go out with a scarf because when I was in Greece they saw my face, this music had nothing to do with me. We had one song that became a hit, two were made…we said we’d wear a scarf so they wouldn’t recognize it was me, we became very popular, and we started making hits, this also happened in Mykonos. They asked me with the names Bangladeks and Claydee and they said that we had not made a mistake in the names and when I went I performed as Claydee, then I went inside and put on the scarf and people didn’t know that I was the same person, then I realized that it has nothing to do with who it is money, but it’s about what you do, the music you make”said the artist.
Claydee counts millions of views on YouTube of his hits over the years.
