We have employed 464 health workers plus since the beginning of the pandemic. Over the last 3 years the salary of doctors and nurses has increased by 57%.
1250 doctors and 3500 nurses are employed, the average salary of a doctor today is 1100 dollars, 650 dollars for nurses, they are still not enough.
