Prime Minister Edi Rama is having an online conversation with Facebook commentators about the international energy crisis and the impact of the oil war.
Rama: The war is gripping everyone, energy is high in neighboring countries. By not increasing the energy, we subsidize 80% and there are millions, where do these come from that it would be good to remove them all but with what we finance them then.
Fighters are not reimbursed because if we were not in NATO we would be easy prey for anyone, but no one can do anything to us, so history is not treated like that. I’m telling you that man does not do that, to go to the point of saying what we need, for what, what has happened so hard, so terrible, others are being killed on the streets, they do not know if they will have more homeland.
It is true, we have a tax on oil that others have separately and I do not think that if we take it out alone we do a good thing and there is a purpose to why it is set. Do you know that in Macedonia and Kosovo they pay 10% tax. I am not saying that our solution is the most perfect, but we can not go to war over the facts. Precisely because we have lower salaries, the salary in Albania 300 thousand ALL is the minimum, while the government subsidizes families with low incomes. Taxes on salaries of small businesses are quite minimal. Remove the tax on oil and put it on the salary? You are asking friends and relatives you have in Italy, how they are feeling at the moment, how they are feeling with the income.
