Julian Meço, member of the voting commission for the referendum denounces the absence of over 300 names of Democratic Party members in the voting lists.
Most of them are voting in separate lists, noting the name and number of the membership card, which they have had since 1992. Meanwhile, the new cuts of the membership cards are with the signature of Lulzim Basha.
At 08:00, the voting started in the referendum called by Berisha for the dismissal of Lulzim Basha. The Electoral Operations Organization and Control Commission announced that election materials had been distributed and administered by all relevant commissions in all 106 Polling Stations throughout the country.
