Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure from Manchester United is now a real possibility.
The Portuguese is no longer happy with the “Red Devils” and in the summer he can take his suitcases to transfer to another team. Relationships with coach Ralf Ragnick are known to be strained, with the striker who was not even in the stadium at United’s last game with Manchester City.
Although the player has joined the training, the English media report that his continuation at “Old Traford” is related to the coach who will succeed Ragnick, but on the other hand and to the participation in the Champions League or not in the next edition. If the team does not rank in the top four then Ronaldo will most likely leave the Premier League.
The next destination could be France, where he can join PSG, and where he would find his biggest rival, Leo Messi. Although something that in the past was considered impossible is now a real possibility for Ronaldo and Messi to play on the same team, despite the fact that they are already two players who have many years on their shoulders and are playing their last seasons in high levels.
Another option is to return to Sporting Lisbon, the team where Ronaldo started his career, but everything will be decided depending on the progress of the team. Participating in the Champions League next season and a coach who will be Ronaldo’s favorite can convince him to stay at Old Trafford for at least another year.
