Street dogs have become a concern for the residents of Lezha.
Often times, these animals are aggressive and have not lacked attacks on citizens.
But, more serious is the fact that dogs are being massively poisoned. On the city streets and on the promenade opposite the Drin River are seen the harsh and sad images of animals dying from poisoning.
It is not known who is the cause of this crime, while on the other hand, so far no measures have been taken to remove them.
