A wanted person has been handcuffed by the Shkodra police.
The 56-year-old identified with the initials NP, resident in the village of Selcë, Malësi e Madhe Municipality, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses “Self-judgment”, “Threat”, “Insult” and “Opposition of an employee performing a public service”.
Through the phone, he threatened, insulted and obstructed the citizen A. Ç., 42 years old, resident in the village of Dobraç, as an administrator of a company, who on 16.12.2021 reported to the Police.
While being escorted to the Police premises, the 56-year-old objected to the Police employees.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Court of First Instance.
