NATO Secretary General Jens Stotlenberg is delivering his speech in Brussels, where all the foreign ministers of the alliance are meeting this afternoon.
“We have not seen any indication that President Putin has changed his ambition to control all of Ukraine and to rewrite the international order.” he says.
Stotlenberg said all NATO countries should support Ukraine by imposing additional sanctions on Russia in order to further strengthen its defense.
He added that this war could last a long time and that NATO and the whole world should prepare for this.
