Tirana hosted the next Open Balkans summit, from where Prime Minister Edi Rama, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev of Northern Macedonia signed several agreements.
The two prime ministers and the president of Serbia signed agreements on free access to the labor market in the Western Balkans, as well as an agreement on the interconnection of electronic identification schemes for the citizens of the Western Balkans.
The third agreement was signed by the Ministers of Agriculture of the three countries, for cooperation in the field of veterinary, food safety and phyto-sanitary field in the Western Balkans.
Albania and Serbia signed a bilateral agreement on “Mutual recognition of authorized economic operators for security and safety authorizations”.
The fifth agreement was signed by the Ministers of Finance and Economy of Albania and Northern Macedonia to sign the agreement on “Mutual recognition of authorized economic operators for security and safety authorizations”.
