The victim Tauland Beqiraj is not an unknown name for justice, as he was arrested for premeditated murder, illegal possession of weapons and violation of the security measure “House arrest”.

He was released in 2018 by three judges, Nazmi Troka, Klodiana Gjyzari and Hysen Saliko, presided over by the latter, changing the security measure from “Prison arrest” to “House arrest”.

Tauland Beqiraj was arrested by the police for the criminal offenses “Intentional homicide, attempted murder, committed in collaboration” and “Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition.”

Top Channel has provided his file where the decision to release him from the bars is taken by the three judges of the Vlora Court of Appeal.

The court of Vlora found Manaj guilty of illegal possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition, sentencing him to 3 years and 6 months in prison and for the offense “Departure from the place of residence of the prisoner” sentencing him to 6 months in prison.

But with the 1/3 reduction of the sentence he was left in prison for 2 years and 4 months. He pleaded not guilty to “producing and selling narcotics”.

In the car, Manaj was found with a weapon type “Baretta” combat pistol, 9mm caliber, 0.688 grams of narcotics, cartridge case and 1250 euros.

But against this decision was the Prosecution of the Court of Vlora which requested the change of the measure.

According to the file, he also demanded the change of the security measure, saying that “He left the apartment for health reasons because he was going to treat his leg because he was injured in an event that happened the day before and therefore he was under house arrest. He found difficulty in using the vehicle and asked for help from a neighborhood boy to send him to the ambulance in his Mercedes-Benz car, named Mandi. The moment they arrived at the ambulance, he left a quantity of euros and narcotics in the car, but the boy who accompanied him told him that he was putting them in his car so that he would not leave them in the seat. Taulandi then asked him to send him home after the police arrived, but the boy named Mandi had just heard that the police had gone with a worried look and told him to continue alone. Taulandi said the car was not his but his father’s and the marsupial weapon was not his, but the narcotics were because he was a user. It turned out that the weapon had not been used for any event before. “

In conclusion, the Court of Appeals, after examining his appeal, decided to suspend the execution with imprisonment and to put him on probation for a period of 2 years so that he would not commit criminal offenses during this time.
