A moment of tension has occurred at the Democratic Party headquarters, as dozens of its supporters are outside waiting for members of the Re-establishment Commission and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha to head to Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard.
At one point in the Party headquarters the lights were turned off and this was interpreted as a provocation to the Democrats, who started shouting “Rama ik, Basha ik”.
Meanwhile, the member of the Re-establishment Commission, Flamur Noka and Tritan Shehu, arrived at the PD headquarters. Noka has called on the protesting citizens to address the square in front of the Prime Minister, while the crowd is led by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
After a few moments, the protest called by the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha against the meeting of the “Open Balkans” is expected to start.
