A very scary event happened in Argentina, while before the start of the Rosario derby between Rosario Central and Newell’s on the field of play, grenades were thrown.
This event caused the match to be postponed for about 20 minutes by the referee, who did not want it to be played on another day.
Immediately after the situation calmed down, the match started and currently Newell’s is in the lead, with Juan Manuel Garcia scoring in the 51st minute.
Scenes of violence are recurring in Argentina, however like this one tonight’s match had not been seen so far.
