“I understand that the honorable court has made a decision to keep in custody, this morning, and this case will be appealed… By December 27, we will submit the appeal and request a postponement until January 15, given the holidays. “I believe that the deadline for the appeal requires that the appeal be made immediately after Christmas, so we request, considering the holidays, the deadline to be until January 15”, he said.
