Residents of Ferras in Fier have sought help from businesses and the government after being flooded.
The emergence of the Vjosa River bed has brought difficulties for residents who are between mud and cold.
Some of the elderly are lonely and ill, as they have children abroad.
The resident told the media that it was good that the sun came up to warm up, but he did not know what he would do at night.
“I call on whoever helps me, whoever listens to him, the government relies on it, and businesses to help us. Emergencies have been, when the water came no slave foot entered. Luckily the sun came up to warm up, but what are we going to do at night. We have children away, everyone works for themselves, I do not know what to do, my wife has a health problem “, according to the resident.
