A 27-year-old man traveling with five illegal immigrants, whom he had promised to cross at Morina customs, was arrested this Wednesday.
The citizen with the initials NK was caught at the exit of the city of Peshkopi, in the direction of Kukës with the vehicle type ‘Jeep’.
A large amount of money in euros, some mobile phones and the vehicle driven by the citizen N. K were seized as material evidence, the police announced, while investigations continue to identify other persons implicated in this criminal activity.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Dibër Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
