Gunshots were heard this afternoon in the “Qemal Stafa” neighborhood in Shkodra.
It is suspected that a person in his 30s shot a pistol at a group of 13-15 year old children.
The person, who was riding a bicycle, approached the place called “Lapidari” where the children were staying and, under unclear circumstances, fired a pistol at them.
Fortunately, the bullet did not touch the children but ended up in an air conditioner in one of the bars in the area.
The police have started checks in the area and have taken the cameras of the area in order to identify the perpetrator.
