– LD, 36 years old resident in Tirana, and QH, 26 years old, resident in Peshkopi, Dibër.
The 36-year-old, after receiving information that his cousin, citizen K. Gj., Would travel from Peshkopia in the direction of Tirana, with a suitcase of money, in cooperation with his girlfriend, citizen QH, has organized the theft of suitcases.
The citizen QH was presented as a passenger in the line of the van with which the citizen K. Gj. and after traveling for several hours, she landed in Tirana, taking her suitcase, claiming it was hers.
As material evidence, 1,400,000 new lek, 2770 euros, 340 pounds and some gold jewelry were seized.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, for further procedural actions, for the criminal offense “Theft”, committed in collaboration.
