An apartment caught fire last night in the village of Xibraka, around 23:55.
As soon as the alarm was received, firefighters started at the scene and the flames were extinguished around 03:30.
Thankfully not injured by the fire as two children and an elderly man were rescued by the building owner.
The apartment was 2 storeys with about 7 rooms, and only 2 rooms on the first floor survived the flames, add here and a foristrada car parked a little further from the apartment pulling it by fire truck.
The fire started on the roof of the apartment and the cause is believed to be an electric spark.
4 vehicles from Elbasan and one from Librazhd and 13 firefighters worked to extinguish the fire
