The Korça Bar Association has decided to continue the boycott of court hearings for this week, requesting the change of the new court map.
The head of the Chamber of Advocates Arben Lena said that the lawyers will not participate in the court hearings of criminal, civil, administrative processes as well as all kinds of investigative actions during this week.
Only security measures are excluded from the boycott, for which the Chamber of Advocates will discuss and make a decision in the coming days.
In all 3 courts of Korça, the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court, 50 to 60 court hearings take place every day.
