A serious case of disobeying traffic rules has been made public by the capital’s traffic police.
During the traffic of one of the main roads of Tirana, the driver did not secure the child with the seat belt of the car seat, but allowed him to stand with his body part out.
The driver has been fined, while the police emphasize that whoever does not use the safety belt and restraint systems for passengers up to 12 years old, is punished with an administrative measure of 5,000 – 15,000 new lek and suspension of the driving license from 6 to 12 months.
