The laboratory worker gives Fix’s colleague two sheets on which it is written that the analysis for e-coli will be performed, which will take at least 18 hours to get the answer, as a result of the degree of difficulty of the analysis.
But as soon as Fiks’s associate delivers the products and leaves, the laboratory worker “Vesa” calls her, telling her to come back, as she will give another answer that comes out faster in 2-3 hours so that she has it for the AKU.
Fiks’s associate returns to the laboratory where he receives the answer to the physico-chemical analyses, to the salt and moisture of the products.
According to this laboratory in these analyses, the aroma of the product is good as well as the taste.
The employee says that the product is consumed even though it was previously washed by Fiks journalists in the Gjanica river.
But Fiksi asks the “Vesa” laboratory to get the answer and analysis for e-coli. This is the condition microbiological analysis shows that the product is clean and can be marketed for consumption.

The Fiks Fare show asked on the official website of the General Directorate of Accreditation, which is the only state institution for the accreditation of laboratories in the field of food, if the “Vesa” laboratory was accredited, and according to this state institution there is no accreditation for the “Vesa” laboratory.
