The hailstorms that cover Korça this Sunday have damaged the crops.
In Maliq, hail damaged crops, mainly vineyards and orchards, while strong winds knocked down a tree on the Korca-Pogradec axis, hampering vehicle traffic. In “Ti Raporton” the citizens have sent the images of the crops covered by the hail while the damages are incalculable.
As a result of bad weather and strong winds, some villages in the southeastern city were left without electricity.
The hail and rain followed days of unusually hot weather for the last month of spring, May where temperatures went up to 35 degrees Celsius.
