“A political game between the Serbian List with certain parties, whether Bosniak or Roma, violates in the first place the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo, violates the basic principles by which the Republic of Kosovo through the Constitution guarantees the right to non-majority communities in Kosovo to be represented by legitimate representatives, reflecting the interest, the will of non-majority communities in Kosovo. “With the fact that representatives of the Bosniak community receive thousands of votes from Serbs, this is really a deviation from the will of the Bosniaks, it is an effective and adequate representation of their interests”, says Miftaraj.
He states that this poses a threat to democracy and undermines constitutional principles.

“The voice of both the public opinion and these communities, especially the government, should be raised, openly they are silent, to react, they are unacceptable and prevent them through institutions and institutional links to intervene where it is done , because it is clear that she has received more votes from the Serb community in Partesh and in the municipalities in Partesh and in municipalities where there are no Bosniaks than others, which is a political game played and directed by Belgrade.
