Age seems to be no longer one of the main criteria for a club to invest in the market.
This is best proven by the current market, as up to this point, those who have moved the most are the footballers with a high age, 30 years and above.
Suffice it to mention the most recent transfer, Angel Di Maria. The Argentinian is 34 years old, but Juventus did not think at all about the number in the attacker’s passport, trusting the experience of the former PSG player.
On the other hand, there are also the cases of Ivan Perisic who at the age of 33 left Inter for Tottenham in the Premier League, while Sadio Mane moved from Liverpool to Bayern Munich at the age of 30.
Meanwhile, there are a number of footballers on the list to change the environment until the end of the market. We are talking about Cristiano Ronaldo (37 years old), Robert Lewandowski (33 years old), Christian Eriksen (30 years old) or even Neymar (30 years old).
