A 52-year-old man was killed by his son in the village of Luar in Roskovec. After the debates on the preservation of the sheep, first the father and the son were punched and then Erdis Rapi, 25, hit his father with the stick that kept the cattle.
Dhori Rapi, 52, lost his life as a result of his injuries. The incident happened at noon in their apartment where the father had just returned from Kumanovo where he would receive a recommendation to admit his son to the Psychiatric Hospital in Vlora.
The boy who reportedly has mental health problems was arrested after the crime.
Relatives indicate that both had mental health problems and quarrels between them were frequent, during which the son had threatened to kill him.
His mother lost her life a few years ago and both lived alone at home and in very poor economic condition.
