“The Merchant of Venice”, one of Shakespeare’s masterpieces, premiered at the Andon Zako Çajupi Theater by director Qëndrim Rijani.
What makes the cast of actors of this play special is the participation from all Albanian-speaking areas, as from Northern Macedonia but also from Kosovo and the young people from Korça.
The actors express their excitement because it was a big surprise for them to put Shakespeare’s work in the Korça theater.
“The Merchant of Venice” is one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies and the play has brought a beautiful play of actors who will perform it on Sunday evening at the Korça Theater.
