The mother of a 27-year-old Albanian accused of raping a minor in Greece has given her version of events.
After the arrest of her son, the mother revealed that she knew nothing about the meeting she had with the daughter but learned everything from her son, who told her he would be in the room with her.
“My son came into the house and said ‘do not disturb me, I will be in the room with a girl’. “I did not hear noise as they say, I only heard laughter”, says her mother, talking about protothema.gr.
He learned everything when the police arrived at his house the next day and asked for his son.
How the event happened
The incident took place in the Korydallos neighborhood of the country’s capital. It is learned that the victim was acquainted with the perpetrator on social networks, through a profile in which he stated that he was from Pakistan.
After some communication, the two young men decided to go out to get to know each other better. But the romantic walk turned into nightmare for the victim, at the time he accompanied her to the apartment and under threat raped her for several hours.
He then accompanied the minor to her apartment and after threatening to kill her if he spoke, he left. A few minutes later the juvenile denounced the case and thanks to the quick reaction of the authorities, the perpetrator was handcuffed.
It is about a 27-year-old Albanian, whose name is not made public at the moment. Authorities say he is a very dangerous person, and it was not long before he was released from prison where he was being held on serious charges. He will be sent to court for security measures.
