The court of Tirana has imposed the measure of obligation to appear for Orgest Drazhi, the friend of Jurgen Duka, who remained dead in the first minutes of December 14 in the street “Irfan Tomini” in Tirana.

Jurgen Duka (Meziri), had a conflict with police officer Arbër Sula, who was out of service, where the latter shot him with a firearm.
According to the information, the quarrel started for banal reasons for the queue in the market. The victim and the perpetrator had entered the market as customers and the debate has started over who would pay first.
The victim, about 29 years old, could not escape the injuries received and died at the University Trauma Hospital.
It is learned that Jurgen Duka is a person with a previous criminal record. In 2020 he was handcuffed along with Elison Hysenbelli as part of the anti-drug operation between Italy and Albania that took place in Marche, Emilia Romagna, Lombardy and Liguria and would be extradited to the neighboring country for trial.
It remains unclear how the victim was released from the cell. Operation “Riviera” was conducted by the Regional Anti-Mafia Prosecutor’s Office in Bologna, in cooperation with the Carabinieri Special Operations Group (ROS) in Bologna.
Regarding the security measure against the citizen Orgest Drazhi, the hearing was held yesterday, 16.12.2021, with the prosecutor of the case Petrit Hysi and Judge Oltjona Goxha.
