MP Enkelejd Alibeaj reacted after the murder of Naim Bajri in Shkodra this Friday.
He again blames the government, which according to Alibeaj lives in symbiosis with crime.
The Democrat says that there is such a close relationship between them that it is difficult to understand where the state starts and where the gang starts, destroying the foundations of democracy and killing the state.
Alibeaj’s full reaction:
Crisis rifles again and crime continues undisturbed to terrorize Albanians increasingly vulnerable to the state and government. And this story since the coming to power of Edi Rama. Albanians remember how when mines exploded in cars and citizens were killed on the streets by gangs, Edi Rama washed his hands like Ponz Pilati.
Today witnesses are talking and telling Albanians, and most importantly justice, the government’s close symbiotic link to organized crime and that they continue to be in alliance together.
A relationship so close that it is difficult to understand where the state starts and where the gang starts! A perfect cooperation that has destroyed the foundations of democracy and killed the state!
It is no coincidence that organized crime has found its refuge in this majority and in this government for these 8 years and more. It is no coincidence that decriminalization produced its “heroes” from this majority.
It is no coincidence that the non grata design identified who were the structured criminal groups involved in politics and who bought and robbed votes, so that Edi Rama and his Rilindja gang could take and hold the incriminated power.
Albania does not have to rot from organized crime that coexists with politics. Albanians do not have to be hostages of a prime minister who has partnership and loyalty with criminal groups and not with citizens.
The only way to escape is for justice to go to this scheme to the end. Condemning the powerful without whom crime would not penetrate so much into our lives.
There is no other way for this country to return to the tracks of legality, security and democracy.
The longer Edi Rama stands with his criminal structure at the head of the government that has held him hostage to the gangs that gave him power, the more rifles will be fired, the more Albanians will be punished, the more they will be killed in the middle. Albanians, the more Albanians will suffer, and will leave this country that offers neither security nor democracy.
