Ilir Tafa, 34 years old, was arrested in Tirana, after he had turned his bar into a gambling environment.
During the control exercised in his restaurant, in “Muhamet Deliu” street, the police found and seized as material evidence two machines that serve for gambling.
He is charged with the criminal offenses “Organizing illegal lotteries” and “Making premises available for illegal games”.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further action.
