Citizens can give concrete names to the proposals for the new President of the Republic, according to the chairman of the SP Parliamentary Group Taulant Balla.
According to him, the government has learned from the National Council, where citizens gave opinions on some decisions that the government can take.
“This is the first time in Albania where concrete proposals are asked to citizens. We have learned a lot from National Counseling. We can not deprive every citizen of the right to propose. In our address why not give the citizens their proposals”.
Each MP, in a proposal sheet that will be secret, will give no more than three proposals for the President, Balla explains.
Asked what his three proposals will be, the socialist said that “he will not make public the proposals, at least at this stage of the process”.
