The notary has ascertained that he has made this mistake. He even addressed the State Cadastre Agency on June 29, 2020 with a request to issue a certificate, which shows that the mistake was made by his notary office.

Mrs. Shushku was forced to follow the procedures in the cadastre with a private lawyer, adding to the costs of correcting the mistake made by the notary office of Mr. Sami Dervishi.

Meanwhile, the President of the Chamber of Notaries, Mimoza Sadushi says that the notary has a legal obligation to give a copy of the file “I do not want to believe that a notary has behaved like Dervish”, concludes Mrs. Sadushi.
