Bumçi: I understand the interest in technical issues. The problem here is political. We have been shown to be civilized. Have you seen Lulzim Basha’s entrance blocked? We could have done it but we did not. We decided not to resolve the conflict on the streets, but the institutions. Again we asked for consensus, he said no. We could have intervened on December 8th, December 11th. This is not a matter of whim and force. 44 thousand Democrats have voted and their will can not be trampled. I have a call for those who support Basha, they can not hide in neutrality, those who have made them deputies have voted, they can not behave like non-political people. They can not violate 90%.
