One of the line’s ferries cancels the sailing. A breakdown on the ferry has affected the schedule of movements, while the flow towards the port of Durrës has started.
The Durrës Port Authority announced that the ferry “AF Francesca” has canceled the sailings planned for today from Bari-Durrës (which should have started at 13:00) and the Durrës-Bari sailing scheduled at 23:00. The cause was the breakdown that the ferry suffered when it arrived at the port of Bari.
Passengers who have booked a ticket on this ferry will be refunded the full price of the ticket by the company, or they can replace the trip with one of the other ferries of the same company, which is in service on Friday.
The cancellation of the cruise was made because during the landing this morning in the port of Bari, one of the main door’s anchors was detached from the ferry.
