TIRANA- Based on the situation under control with covid-19 throughout our country, the Technical Committee of Experts has decided to extend the measures taken earlier to curb the spread of the virus and not to aggravate them.
Today the Technical Committee of Experts has decided that the curfew will be in force from 20:00 to 06:00.
IPH Director, Fico: Throughout this process we have monitored the figures. The daily average has declined. It remains stable what is in the total persons tested how many of them are positive. The biweekly incidence although has extensive transmission. There is a downward trend. I want to bring to your attention, today has been that the ages have dynamic changes. Ages 24-45.45-54 have a huge increase. Today from the ages of 15-24 to 55-64 are 79% of cases of infection. It is worth understanding that the touch of these ages can only change if we exercise caution. Adherence to online learning distance, flights, etc. We have not won the battle yet. We must continue to be careful. Start of vaccination with a total of 9910 vaccinated Where over 600 have received the second vaccine. We started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We must continue to implement the measures.
Director of the National Emergency, Brataj: The positive fact is the control of the infection. There is a reduction in numbers from 2500 calls to 2200-2300 calls. Maximum of 15 where the number of beds was more. There is no progressive growth. The situation is under control. Based on the numbers we have the correct numbers. If necessary other scenarios will be made.
Rakacolli: The situation in the country is delicate and needs to be monitored. The figures show that it has been a stable situation and we have a downward trend. We have to see. We have noticed a decreasing trend for the indicator R. The conclusion is that the measures are giving effect. So we will continue to stay there. So in the measures that continue to remain in force is that of the movement from 20:00 to 06:00. Bars and restaurants will continue to close at 20:00.
