The owner of a restaurant in Kavaja, together with the waiter were arrested by the police for illegal drug use and lotteries.
The owner had adapted the restaurant he owned, for drug use and gambling.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kavaja Police Commissariat have arrested in flagrante delicto:
– GC, 30 years old, resident in Golem, Kavaja, the owner of the restaurant, for the criminal offenses “Organization of illegal lotteries”, “Adaptation of the premises for drug use”, “Making available premises for illegal games” and “Employment illegal”;
– A. Sh., 17 years old, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Organization of illegal lotteries”.
They were handcuffed after the waiter sold a quantity of narcotics to citizen M. B, who was prosecuted. Following the actions, during the control in the mobile phone of the citizen A. Sh. gambling programs were found.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Kavaja Court of First Instance, for further action.
