Ç., 37 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Illegal deprivation of liberty” using torture, committed in collaboration. Also, the search was announced for their accomplice, citizen SP, 30 years old, resident in Paskuqan, for the criminal offense “Illegal deprivation of liberty” using torture, committed in collaboration. Thanks to the work and quick professional actions, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 6 have made it possible to identify the suspected perpetrators and fully document the event. From the investigative actions performed, it has resulted that the citizen SP, in cooperation with the citizen Sh. K. and citizen D. Ç., Took hostage and then physically raped in the apartment of citizen D. Ç., Citizen ES, 31 years old, due to a debt. During the investigative actions it turned out that the citizen Sh. K., had violated the security measure “Home arrest”, imposed by the Court, for the criminal offense “Illegal possession of weapons.” The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
