A 40-year-old man with the initials EF, resident in the neighborhood “5 Maji”, Elbasan was arrested after fraudulently received some construction materials without making payment.
After the owner of the store made the denunciation, the police arrested only one of them, while the accomplice was declared wanted.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further action.
