During the physical control of the passenger in the vehicle driven by the 22-year-old, RC citizen, 22 years old, who did not obey the orders of the police officers for control, was found and seized as material evidence a quantity of narcotic substance suspected of cannabis sativa.
The free passenger, RC citizen, was also prosecuted for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”.
