Nature and sports enthusiasts already have one more opportunity. The Municipality of Tirana has built this Zipline, adding to the inhabitants of the capital and tourists another opportunity not to miss it.
Mayor Erion Veliaj sees this investment as one more reason to leave the center and enjoy the rural areas.
“The challenge for us has been how to visit Tirana beyond Skanderbeg Square, the Bloc, the New Bazaar and the Castle. Of course, we started well with Farka Lake, but we needed dreamers to explore the mountain trails in Farka, Shëngjergj, but also the roads and bike paths in Zall Bastar. Today we really have the icing on the cake. We have given reasons to someone to come out of the asphalt of Tirana, to enjoy this fantastic area, which is the area of Petrela “, said Erion Veliaj.
Mayor Veliaj asked from travel agencies to include in their tour guides and the suburbs of Tirana, offering not only history but also many fantastic experiences.
