In the Luhansk region, five roads will be operational:

Lysychansk in Bakhmut
Popasna in Bakhmut
Rubizhne in Bakhmut
Hirske in Bakhmut
Vereshchuk said there was no evacuation route on Wednesday. “In the Zaporizhia region, the occupiers blocked evacuation buses, and in the Luhansk region, they are violating the ceasefire.”
