Oerd Bylykbashi addressed in ‘Top Talk “today the topic of justice reform, where he made a strong warning about the pit that is being created due to the lack of judges and files that take years to be reviewed.
The DP deputy leader raised allegations that justice structures, ranging from the High Prosecution Council and the High Judicial Council, are caught up in politics.
“HJC and HJC are political structures, while SPAK is not doing the right job. This reform is poorly designed. The way it is built is bad. That hole will happen in the justice system, because there are no judges. “It will take years for the turn to be considered for your right,” Bylykbashi said.
