Scattered car parts in the garage and deformed shutters. These are the images of the garage of a 9-storey building in Kavaja where around 23:00 on Tuesday an explosive device exploded.
The explosive is suspected to have been mounted on the back of an “Opel” vehicle owned by traffic police officer Lulëzim Muça.
The policeman lived on rent for a few months in this building and in the depositions given to colleagues he said that he had no conflicts with anyone.
Even due to his duty in recent months he has stated that he has not imposed fines or has entered into conflicts. The police oversight agency is also involved in the case, which is conducting verifications.
During these 5 months there have been 7 cases where police officers through arson or explosives placed in their homes or cars have been threatened. Threats are related to duty but despite investigations these crimes are all without perpetrator.
